V. Production Site Vulnerability Assessment

This document will go over how to filter and run the V. Production Site Vulnerability Assessment.

Use this report to view your production site assessments of whether potential hazards exist in your production sites.
To run this report, you need the Gap Audits and Reports module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select ‘V. Production Site Assessment Report’

4. On the V. Production Site Assessment page select ’New Production Site Assessment’ (If you have already completed the assessment just need to view the report, skip to step 7.)

5. The site assessment event form has 4 sections: When & Who, Where, Requirements, and Confirm.

When & Who:

In this section, you can record the assessment date.

Where:

In this section, select the blocks or production sites you are assessing. Complete this assessment for every site.

Requirements:

In this section, you can record whether the site meets the assessment criteria, identify any hazards, and record action taken.

Confirm:

In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person, i.e. the employee responsible for site

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the V. Production Site Assessment Report.

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Assessments within the date range will appear on this report.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
