U. Food Fraud Assessment Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the U. Food Fraud Assessment Report. This form is intended to assess whether potential food fraud vulnerabilities exist. If a vulnerability is identified, mitigation measures need to be developed and implemented.
To run this report, you need the Gap Audits and Reports module.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Â
3. On the Reports page, select ‘U. Food Fraud Assessment ’

4. On the U. Food Fraud Assessment page select ’New Food Fraud Assessment’ (If you have already completed the assessment just need to view the report, skip to step 7.)

5. The assessment event form has 3 sections: When, Requirements, and Confirm.
When:
In this section, you can record the assessment date.
Requirements:
In this section, you can record whether your operation meets the assessment criteria, identify any hazards, and record action taken or mitigation strategies in place.
Confirm:
In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person, i.e. the employee responsible for site

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the U. Food Fraud Assessment report

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Food fraud assessments completed within the date range will appear.
8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
