K. Training Session

This document will go over how to filter and run the K. Training Session.
This report displays information from Production Site Training and Pack House Training events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘K. Training Session’

 

4. Select ‘New Production Site Training‘ to create a production site training event or select ‘New Pack House Training’ to create a new pack house training event. (If you have already completed this and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

5. The production site training and pack house training forms each have 3 sections:

When & Who:

In this section, enter the date of the training, the employee being trained, and the employee who will be training them.

 

Requirements:

In this section, fill in the policies for ‘Employee Illness, Disease and Injury', ‘Employee Biosecurity’, ‘Employee Glove and Apron Use’, ‘Employee Hand Washing’, ‘Production Practices’ and ‘Other’ by checking ‘Yes’, ‘No’ or 'N/A’ on the right.

 

Confirm:

In this section you can add a responsible person and optionally add any notes or comments needed.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the K. Training Session Report.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

 

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the training session.

  • Employee: The employee(s) being trained.

  • Topic: The training topic.

  • Trainer: The employee(s) conducting the training.

  • Comments: Comments associated with the training session.

  • Responsible Person: The responsible person for the training session.
