E. Pest Control for Buildings Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the E. Pest Control for Buildings.
For each type of pest being controlled, specify the pest control method used.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘E. Pest Control for Buildings’

 

4. On the E. Pest Control for Buildings page select ‘New Building Pest Control’. (If you have already completed a building pest control and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The building pest control event form has 4 sections: When & Where, Rodents & Birds, Insects, and Confirm.

When & Where

In this section, you can select the event date and building.

Rodents & Birds:

In this section, you have the option to specify what actions, if any, you have taken to deter rodents and birds from both inside and outside the building. For birds, this may include putting anti-birdnest spikes on high-up flat surfaces. For rodents, this includes bait, traps, and chemicals.

 

Insects:

In this section, you can specify the bait, traps, and chemicals that you use to deter insects both inside the building and outside the building.

 

Confirm:

In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person who would be in charge of tasks like checking the determent devices that you have set up. You also have the option to add any comments or notes as desired.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the E. Pest Control for Buildings Report.

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Building pest control forms within the date range will appear.

 

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
