G. Cleaning, Maintenance and Repair of Buildings Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the G. Cleaning, Maintenance and Repair of Buildings.
An inspection of both the interior and exterior of your buildings (e.g., packinghouse, storages) (except agricultural chemical storage buildings) must be conducted monthly [when in use and where possible (i.e., not a sealed storage)].
To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Â
3. On the Reports page, select ‘G. Cleaning, Maintenance and Repair of Buildings’
Â
4. On the G. Cleaning, Maintenance and Repair of Buildings select ‘New Building Maintenance‘. (If you have already completed a building maintenance form and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)
5. The building maintenance event form has 3 sections: When & Where, Requirements, and Confirm.
Where & When:
In this section, you can record the building maintenance date and the building.

Requirements:
In this section, you can record the maintenance completed on the interior and exterior of permanent structures and the exterior of temporary structures. You also have the option to add more detailed information about the maintenance that needs to be done.

Confirm:
In this section, you have the option to add the maintenance completion date, the person who completed the maintenance, and the responsible person. You also have the option to add any comments or notes as desired.

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the G. Cleaning, Maintenance and Repair of Buildings Report.
7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Building maintenance events within the date range will appear.
7. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshot below:
