J. Cleaning and Maintenance - Personal Hygiene Facilities Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the J. Cleaning and Maintenance - Personal Hygiene Facilities. This report displays information from Bathroom Cleaning and Maintenance events. Includes records of production site and building equipment cleaning, maintenance and calibration.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘J. Cleaning and Maintenance - Personal Hygiene Facilities’

 

4. Select ‘New Bathroom Cleaning and Maintenance’ to record a new cleaning and maintenance event (If you have already completed this and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The Bathroom Cleaning and Maintenance form has three sections:

When & Where:

In this section record the date of the maintenance and the building.

 

Inspection:

In this section check ‘yes’ if the assessment is okay, or after corrective actions taken, check ‘no’ if the assessment is not okay.

 

Confirm:

In this section add any additional notes or comments relating to the bathroom cleaning and maintenance. A responsible person can also be added here.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the J. Cleaning and Maintenance - Personal Hygiene Facilities Report.

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date the cleaning and maintenance was done.

  • Building: The location that was cleaned and/or had maintenance.

  • Responsible Person: The responsible person associated with the cleaning and maintenance.

  • Disposable Paper Towels: Whether there are disposable paper towels or not.

  • Soap: Whether there is soap or not.

  • Water Source Operating (Hot and/or Cold Water): Whether the water source is operational.

  • Toilet Paper: Whether there is toilet paper or not.

  • Hand Sanitizer/Wipes: Whether there is hand sanitizer/wipes or not.

  • Garbage Emptied: Whether the garbage was emptied or not.

  • Comments: Any additional information relating to the cleaning and maintenance.
