S. Allergen Information

This document will go over how to filter and run the S. Allergen Information Report. This report displays information from Allergen Assessment events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘S. Allergen Information’

 

4. On the S. Allergen Information select ‘New Allergen Assessment‘ to create a new Allergen Assessment event. (If you have already completed an allergen assessment form and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The allergen assessment form has 3 sections: Where & When Allergen Information and Confirm.

Where & When:

In this section, you can record the date of the allergen assessment as well as the building where the assessment is taking place.

 

Allergen Information:

Fill out the chart to assess the potential risks of allergens in your operation. You can also add any comments and/or additional control measures at the bottom of the chart.

 

Confirm:

In this section, enter any additional information such as notes or comments. A responsible person can also be added to the assessment.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to S. Allergen Information.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the allergen assessment.

  • Building: The building

  • Responsible: The responsible person associated with the allergen assessment.

  • Present from a production practice: List of allergens present from a production practice.

  • Present in the production site or adjacent area: List of allergens present in the production site or adjacent area.

  • Present in other products handled on the same line/area: List of allergens present in other products handled on the same line/area.

  • Present in the same building/vehicle: List of allergens present in the building/vehicle.

  • Extra Measures: Extra control measures were added to the allergen information.

  • Comments: Comments associated with the allergen assessment event.
