C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site.
This Form is intended to assist you in setting your policy, to itemize the policy components and to be used as a training tool and possible handout to employees. All items need to be addressed during the training session for employees coming into direct contact with product/packaging materials/food contact surfaces.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Reports module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site’

 

4. On the C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site page select ’New Production Site Training’ (If you have already completed the training and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The training event form has 3 sections: When & Where, Requirements, and Confirm.

Where & When:

In this section, you can record the training date, the employee(s) that is(are) being trained, and the trainer(s) that was(were) on duty.

 

Requirements:

In this section, you can record the policies that the trainer went over with the trainee. For each policy you have the option to answer Yes, No, or Not Applicable. If answering no, you have the option to add alternitive actions.

 

Confirm:

In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person, i.e. the employee responsible for assigning the training to the necessary employees, assigning the trainer(s), and making sure that employee training is up to date. You also have the option to add any comments or notes as desired.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site Report.

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Training sessions within the date range will appear.

 

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots below:
