Block Yield Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Block Yield Report.
This report summarizes the yield by block for a requested time period.
To run this report, you need the Harvest module and at least one recorded Harvest Event with recorded inventory.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Block Yield Report’

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply.

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

  • Filter Block(s): Filters the report for selected blocks or by variety.

  • Planting Date Range: Filters the report based on the planting date of a block.

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table.

Report Columns:

  • Farm: The Farm the selected Block belongs to

  • Block: The Block whose yield you are viewing for the selected date range

  • Crop/Variety/Planting Date/Plant Count/Growing Area(Acre): These columns are all populated with information about the selected block. This information was added when you created your maps.

  • Units Harvested/Volume Unit: The number of inventory units harvested and what volume unit or container you are measuring by (ie 20 crates, 22 totes)

  • Volume Units/Acre: The average number of inventory units per acre for your selected date range, this is calculated using the Growing Area

  • Volume Units/Plant: The average number of inventory units per plant for your selected date range.

  • Weight Units/Plant: The average weight of inventory per plant for your selected date range.

  • Weight/Weight Unit: The weight of the total inventory for that block for your selected date range, and the unit of measurement (ie 300 g, 500 lbs)
