Harvest Inventory Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Inventory Report
This report shows the harvest inputs for the selected date-range and blocks. Total input volumes and weights are calculated per crop type.
To run this report, you need the Harvest module.

Step-by-step Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select Harvest Inventory Report

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.
Select by Farm/Block: Filters the report to show selected blocks or farms.
Select by Variety: Filters the report to show only selected crop variety.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export buttons just above the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Harvest Date: the date of the harvest event
Event#: The unique event reference number for the harvest event
Variety: The crop variety harvested in this event
Farm/Block/Row: The Farm, Block and Row (if applicable) this inventory was harvested from
Harvest Class: If you have created harvest classes to classify your inventory, or if you use Harvest Quality Vision class sizes, the harvest class for this inventory will be displayed here
Harvest Code: The unique identifier for the harvest tag attached to a piece of inventory
Weight: The total weight of this inventory
On Hand: The total weight of inventory currently available (excludes inventory that has been shipped or transferred)
Weight Unit: The unit of measurement for this inventory (ie. pounds, grams)
Amount: The amount (by volume) of inventory
On Hand: The total volume of inventory currently available (excludes inventory that has been shipped or transferred)
Unit: The volume or container unit for this inventory (ie. 2L baskets, bins, totes)
Picker: The employee responsible for picking this inventory
Scan Code: Optionally attach HQV scan information
Category: If you categorize your events with custom categories, they will be displayed here
Comments: If you added any comments to your event, they will be displayed here
