Harvest Crew Productivity Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Crew Productivity Report
This report shows the number of inventory units picked by workcrews.
To run this report, you need the Harvest and Punch Clock modules.

Step-by-step Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
3. On the Reports page, select Harvest Crew Productivity Report
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
Work Crews: Filters the report to show events with a specified work crew.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Date: the date of the harvest event
Block: The Block this event took place in
Variety: The Variety planted in this block for this harvest
Work Crew: Which work crews participated in this harvest event
Units Harvested/Volume Unit: The number of inventory units harvested and what volume unit or container you are measuring by (ie 20 crates, 22 totes)
Weight/Weight Unit: The weight of the total inventory for that block for your selected date range, and the unit of measurement (ie 300 g, 500 lbs)
