Harvest Inventory by Class

This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Invenotry by Class.
To run this report, you need the Harvest module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Ā
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Ā
3. On the Reports page, select āHarvest Inventory by Classā
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See the screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
Harvest Classes: Filter the report for the given harvest classes
Crop Type: Filter the report by the selected crop(s)

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:
Harvest Class: The class associated with the harvested inventory
Weight: The weight of the harvested inventory
On Hand (weight): The weight of the units harvested currently in inventory
Weight Unit: the unit of the weight
Amount: the number of units harvested
On Hand (volume): the volume of the units harvested currently in inventory
Unit: the unit of the volume
