How to Get Support

This article will provide guidance on how to get in touch with the Croptracker support team, access the Croptracker Knowledge Base and videos, and get general support for your Croptracker account.

 How to chat with us

Need to get in touch quickly? Chat with a Croptracker expert from Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm EST

  1. From https://www.croptracker.com/ before you log in, you can get in touch with support by clicking on the green chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen

  2. From here, you can type directly into the chatbox to get in touch with the Croptracker Support team

  3. You can also access the chatbox from the Croptracker webapp after logging in on your computer, also located in the lower right corner of the screen

If you can’t see the chatbox while logged in to your Croptracker account, you may have disabled it in preferences. See Changing A User’s Preferences for information on how to turn the chatbox on and off in your account

 How to email us, create support issues for the dev team, and send additional information to the team

Need to email us, create support tickets, or send us additional information or images?

  1. Email us at support@croptracker.com and make sure to include your name and organization name

  2. Try to include as many details as possible for the team to fully understand your issue. Examples include:

    1. Where and when the issue occurred

    2. Information about the device you were using at the time (mobile phone, tablet, computer

    3. If possible, include any relevant screenshots

      1. How to take a screenshot on your Android Device or your Apple Mobile Device

      2. How to take a screenshot on your Windows or Apple Computer

  3. The team will be in touch with you shortly!

  1. From https://www.croptracker.com/ before you log in, select support from the top menu bar and navigate to Support and Training

  2. From the support page, scroll down to Documentation and Video Tutorials

  3. From here you can access the Croptracker Knowledge Base to view support articles on Croptracker modules and features, or view our video tutorials or check out our Youtube Channel
