Harvest Picker Productivity Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Picker Productivity.
To run this report, you need the Harvest and Punch Clock modules.

Goal of Report:
The Goal of the report is to able to see how many units harvested total a crew member picked. The report will show the crew member labelled as “Picker”, their employee number, the total units picked, and the harvest class percentages.
ex. Picker A has 1 bin picked total, and that bin was picked in harvest class A. The row will display that pickers name, their employee number, “1” total bins picked, and since that one bin was picked in Harvest Class A, the harvest percentage for that harvest class is 100%.
Step by Step Guide:
Login to Croptracker via the web browser
Hit the ‘Reports’ tab in the top screen menu
Search for or select ‘Harvest Picker Productivity’ report from the list
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Picker Name: This displays the employee name who picked the inventory.
Employee #: This column displays the employee number of the employee involved with the inventory event.
Total Bins Picked: This column displays the total amount of inventory picked by the employee.
Harvest Classes: These columns show the harvest classes in the farm, and the percentages of which the employee picked inventory on each. If you have not yet set up your harvest classes, you can find the instructions here: https://croptracker.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DAKB/pages/83001717 .
