Inventory Inspection Report
This article will go over the steps to run the Inventory Inspection report and will go over the filtering options. This report requires the Quality Control module to work. For more information on how to add the Quality Control module to your Croptracker account, contact support@croptracker.com.
Step-by-step Instructions

1. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
2. On the Reports page, select Inventory Inspection Report.
3. Filter the Report for the appropriate date range, select the Inspection Template you would like to report on and, optionally, select an inventory tracking code. See the screenshots below of the report description and filters.
4. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table.
The report table can get quite large depending on how much information is in the given inspection template. Scroll using the bar at the bottom of the report table to see the whole table.
Report Columns

Inspection Date: the date of the inspection
Inspection #: the inspection number
Inspection Lot #: the event lot code number
Event #: the event number
Inventory:
Harvest Date: the date the inventory was harvested
Variety: the variety of the inventory being inspected (if inventory is not attached, this column will be blank)
Harvest Location: the block/growing area the inventory came from (if inventory is not attached, this column will be blank)
Lot Code: the lot code of the Quality Control event
Tracking Code: tracking code of inventory created in Croptracker (if inventory is not attached, this column will be blank)
Scan Code: code generated in Croptracker of scan inspection is attached to (if this inspection is not attached to a scan, this column will be blank)
Status: the status of the inspection
Specimens: the number of specimens in the inspection
Remaining columns in the report will be depend on the format of the Inspection Template being reported on. See screen recording above for format example for each spec type.
