T. Food Defence

This document will go over how to filter and run the T. Food Defence report.
This form is intended to assess whether potential food defense/security risk factors exist.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘T. Food Defence’

 

 

4. Select ‘New Food Defence‘ to create a new food defence event (If you have already completed this and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

5. The food defence form has four sections, Event Details, Inside Security Risk Assessment, Outside Security Risk Assessment, and Notes / Comments.

In the Event Details section you can enter the date of the event.

In the Inside Security Risk Assessment and Outside Security Risk Assessment sections, check off any areas where risks have been identified.

The Notes / Comments section allows you to write any other additional information as well as add a responsible person.

6. When finished select the ‘Save’ button in the top right corner of the page. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the T. Food Defence Report.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

 

7. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Date/Time: The date of the food defence assessment.

  • General Security: Whether or not there are general security risks.

  • Storage/Building Security: Whether or not there are storage/building security risks.

  • Water/Ice Security: Whether or not there are water/ice security risks.

  • Agricultural Chemical/Cleaning and Maintenance Materials Control Security: Whether or not there are general security risks agricultural chemical/cleaning and maintenance materials control security risks.

  • Information Security: Whether or not there are information security risks.

  • Personnel Security: Whether or not there are personnel security risks.

  • Physical Security: Whether or not there are physical security risks.

  • Entry of Inputs/Product: Whether or not there are entry of inputs/product security risks.

  • Other Risks: Notes or comments associated with the event.

  • Responsible Person: The responsible person for the training session.
