P2. Harvesting and Storing Fruit
This document will go over how to filter and run the P2. Harvesting and Storing Fruit report. Complete for harvested fruit packed into harvested fruit packaging materials or in bulk and transported to a packer or to market or put into storage.
To run this report, you need the Gap Audits and Reports and Storage Legacy module.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Â
3. On the Reports page, select ‘P2. Harvesting and Storing Fruit’ report

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Product & Variety: The croptype and variety of the stored inventory
PHI/EAHD/DAA met: Whether the preharvest/earliest allowable entry/delay after application requirements have been met
Production Site Assessed: Whether the site of the event has been assessed for hazards using V. Production Site Vulnerability Assessment
Harvested Date: the date of the harvest event this inventory was harvested in
Field/Block /Pallet #/BinTag: This field shows the source of this inventory and its associated tracking numbers
Quantity/Units Harvested: The number of harvested units and the unit type
Packaging Materials Used: If you selected packing materials during the event where this inventory was created, it will show up here
Storage Area: The storage location of this inventory
Date Product Put Into Storage: The date of the storage event
