L. Visitor Sign-In Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the L. Visitor Sign-In Report.
This report displays information from Visitor Sign-In events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audit Reports module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘L. Visitor Sign-In Log’

 

4. Select ’New Visitor Sign-In’ to record a visitor sign-in (If you have already completed the sign-in log and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The visitor sign-in log has three sections:

When & Where:

In this section you record the date of the visit, the visitor’s name, company, purpose of their visit and the location.

 

What:

In this section you can select the requirements that visitors must follow and can specify any other requirements for the visitor to follow.

 

Confirm:

In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person and can add comments and/or notes as needed.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the L. Visitor Sign-In Log.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.



8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the visit.

  • Visitor’s Name: The name of the visitor.

  • Company Name: The company the visitor belongs to.

  • Purpose of Visit: The purpose of the visit.

  • Location on Premises: Location of the visitor while they are visiting.

  • Comments: Comments.

  • Permissions: Requirements the visitor must follow.

  • Responsible Person: The person who is responsible for the visitor.
