M. Pest Monitoring for Buildings

This document will go over how to filter and run the M. Pest Monitoring for Buildings Report. This report displays information from Building Pest Monitoring events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audit Reports module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘M. Pest Monitoring for Buildings’

4. Select ’New Building Pest Event’ to record a building pest monitoring event (If you have already completed the pest monitoring and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The event form has three sections:

When & Where:

In this section, you record the date and location of the event.

 

Findings & Action Taken:

In this section, you can record the device number(s) or area(s) being controlled as well as findings and the associated actions taken.

 

Confirm:

In this section, you have the option to add a responsible person and can add comments and/or notes as needed.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the M. Pest Monitoring for Buildings Report.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

 

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the pest monitoring.

  • Building: The location of the pest monitoring.

  • Device or Area Controlled: The device or area of the building being controlled.

  • Findings: Details of any finding(s).

  • Action Taken: The action(s) taken due to the findings.

  • Responsible Person: The person responsible for pest monitoring.
