I. Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance and Calibration

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select ‘I. Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance and Calibration’

Open

4. Select ’Equipment’ to record a new equipment maintenance event (If you have already completed this and are looking for the report skip to Step 8.)

5. From the equipment page find the equipment you would like to record maintenance for. From the details column select the drop down arrow then select ‘Record Maintenance’. If you don’t see the equipment you are looking for, you can add a new piece of equipment using the ‘Add New Equipment’ button in the top right corner.

6. The equipment cleaning, maintenance and calibration form has one section. To compete the form, fill in the maintenance date, the person completing the job and the activity. You can also add a responsible person, notes, a description of the activity and set the calibrated date.

7. When finished, select ‘Save’ in the top right corner. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Equipment page. Follow the above steps to return to the I. Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance and Calibration Report.

8. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

• Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

9. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

• Date: The date of the equipment maintenance.

• Person Completing Job: The person performing the maintenance.

• Equipment Activity Performed On: The equipment receiving maintenance.

• Activity: The type of maintenance.

• Description: Description of the activity.

• Responsible Person: The responsible person associated with the maintenance event.
