Q. Packing, Repacking and Storing Market Product

This document will go over how to filter and run the Q. Packing, Repacking and Storing Market Product. This report displays information from Packing, Repacking and Storage events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Reports module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Q. Packing, Repacking and Storing Market Product’

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Area(s) by Farm/Block: Filters the report for the selected farm(s) or block(s).

  • Area(s) by Variety: Filters the report for the selected varieties.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date Harvested / Product Received / Stored: The date harvested, received and/or stored.

  • Responsible Person: The responsible person.

  • Product Variety: The variety of the product.

  • PHI/EAHD/DAA met: Whether the Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI), Earliest Allowable Harvest Date (EAHD), and/or Delay After Application (DAA) dates were met.

  • Production site assessed: Whether the production site was assessed.

  • Harvested Date: Date harvested.

  • Area / Tag ID: The block or tag ID.

  • Harvested Qty.: The quantity harvested.

  • Incoming Pack / Lot ID: Incoming pack ID or lot ID.

  • Packing / Repacking Date: The date of the packing or repacking.

  • Outgoing Pack ID: Outgoing pack ID.

  • Wax Lot: The lot number for wax application, if wax was applied.

  • Packed Qty.: The quantity that was packed.

  • Lot: The lot number.

  • Packing Material: The material used for packing.

  • Packing Check for Cleanliness: Whether the packing was checked for cleanliness.

  • Date Market Product Put into Storage: The date the product was put into storage.
