F. Water (for Fluming and Cleaning) Assessment Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the F. Water (for Fluming and Cleaning) Assessment.
Completed and/or updated annually for all water sources.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘F. Water (for Fluming and Cleaning) Assessment’

 

4. On the F. Water (for Fluming and Cleaning) Assessment page select ‘New Water Assessment’. (If you have already completed a water assessment and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. The water assessment event form has 3 sections: When & Where, What, and Confirm.

When & Where:

In this section, you can fill out the date that the water will be used, the date of the first test, the date of the second test, the source of the water, the commodity that the water is being used for, if the water is recycled, and if the water has been stored.

What:

In this section, you can specify the use of the water, the items that will be assessed, the method used, and any corrective actions taken. You can specify whether you cleaned cleaned and/or treated, where that took place, and which appendix instructions you followed.

Confirm:

In this section, you can assign the employee responsible for keeping track of the assessments, and add any comments or notes that you may need.

6. Once finished with the form select Save. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the F. Water (for Fluming and Cleaning) Assessment Report.

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Water assessment forms within the date range will appear.

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • First Use Date: The date you plan to start using the water

  • Prior Use Date: The date you tested the water before the first use date

  • Second Test Date: The second test date

  • Water Source: Where you get your water from, e.g. well

  • Commodity: Fruit or vegetable being handled

  • Recycled: Whether the water has been recycled

  • Stored: Whether the water has been stored

  • Use: What is the intended use of the water being tested

  • Method: The method by which you intend to use the water

  • Items to Assess: The items associated with the water system that needs to be assessed

  • Corrective Actions: The actions that were taken or need to be taken to correct issues found in the assessment

  • Cleaned/Treated: Whether the water was cleaned and/or treated

  • Using Appendix: Which appendix was followed

  • Appendix Other Information: Whether other appendixes were used

  • Responsible Person: The person responsible for overseeing Water Assessments

  • Comments: Any comments that were left on the form
