How to Add an Activity
This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to add a Production Practice activity. You will need the Production Practice module to access this feature.

Step-By-Step Guide
From your Dashboard, click on the Punch-Clock drop-down menu and select Activities.
2. This screen will show all the activities already in your account. To add a new one, click on the blue +Add Activity Type button in the top right corner.
3. A window will pop up. Under Label, enter the new activity you wish to add.
4. Under Production Practice, select the category this new activity falls under. This is to help organize your list.
5. Optionally, enter an Export Code if needed.
6. Press the blue Submit button when you are done. Your new activity will now appear on the list.
7. Repeat the above steps to add as many activities as you need.
How to add Unpaid Activities
Unpaid Activities can be used for any type of activities where employees would receive no payout.
This would include activities like:
Sick Leave
Bereavement
Unpaid Activities WILL NOT appear on any payroll reports.
From your Dashboard, click on the Punch-Clock drop-down menu and select Activities.
This screen will show all the activities already in your account. To add a new one, click on the blue
+Add Activity Type button in the top right corner.
A window will pop up. Under
Label, enter the new activity you wish to add.
Under
Production Practice, select ‘Unpaid Hours’.
Optionally, enter an
Export Code if needed.
Press the blue
Submit button when you are done. Your new activity will now appear on the list.
Repeat the above steps to add as many activities as you need.
