R. Corrective Action

This document will go over how to filter and run the R. Corrective Action. This report displays information from Corrective Action events.

To run this report, you need the GAP Audits and Report module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘R. Corrective Action’

 

 4. Select ‘New Corrective Action’. (If you have already completed this and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

 

5. Once on the Corrective Action Event page, fill in each of the fields as described on the form. Optionally, you can add notes and a responsible person.

 

6. Once finished with the form select Save in the top right corner. The event will be uploaded and you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Follow the above steps to return to the R. Corrective Actions Report.

 

7. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

8. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date/Time of Deviation or Complaint and Person Notified: The date/time of the complaint and when someone was notified.

  • Major Deviation/Complaint and Description: The description of the major deviation/complaint.

  • Cause of Deviation/Complaint: The cause of the deviation/complaint.

  • Corrective Action(s): The corrective actions are taken.

  • Prevention of Recurrence (e.g., training employees): What was done to prevent this from happening again?

  • New/Modified Procedures: Procedures that have been added or updated.

  • Employees Trained on New/Modified Procedures?: Was the training completed?

  • Signature of the Person Responsible for Re-Training/Carrying out Deviation Procedure: The signature of the person responsible for training employees on new and/or modified procedures.

  • Employees Trained on New/Modified Procedures: The employees that have been trained on the new and/or modified procedures.
