This document contains a how-to step by step guide on the set-up procedures for running the HQV Lot Predicted Packout Ratio Report.

Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
2. Create Harvest Sizes to add to your Harvest Classes.
See Harvest Class Sizes for a step by step guide on creating Harvest Class Sizes.
3. Add Harvest Classes. In this step, you will be making a Harvest Class for EACH of your Harvest Sizes.
See Creating Harvest Classes for a step by step guide on creating Harvest Classes. For the Harvest Class Description, you will want to input “predictive packout class”.
4. From the dashboard, click on the Packing menu, then select ‘Products’.
5. Click on the ‘+ Add New Product’ button on the top right side to add a new product.
6. Fill out the form by entering the data for the following fields:
Title: The name of the harvest class.
Description: The name of the harvest class followed by carton count.
Net Weight: The net weight of the product.
Fruit Per Unit: Same as the harvest class.
Harvest Class: Select the harvest class this product relates to.
