Harvest Quality Vision: Lot Variety Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Quality Vision: Lot Variety Report.
This report searches for vision captures that satisfy the filters below, groups the captures by lot code and location, then calculates the percentage of fruit detected in the selected harvest class size groups.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Harvest Quality Vision: Lot Variety Report’
Â
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.
Harvest Classes: Use this option to choose the harvest classes you would like to use as the source for the report size and color columns. All Harvest Class Size and Harvest Class Colors contained in the given Harvest Class will be added as report columns.
Variety: Use this to limit the varieties that are evaluated for results.
Filter Block(s): Use this to limit the growing areas and varieties that are evaluated for results.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
First Scan Date: Date first scan in the event was taken?
Last Scan Date: Date last scan in the event was taken?
Farm: The Farm the inventory belongs to
Area:
Block: The Block this inventory belongs to
Variety: The Row this inventory belongs to
Lot Code: The Lot Code assigned to inventory. Column will be blank if not specified
Harvest Class Columns: A percentage breakdown of the detected Harvest Class sizes and Colors filtered for. These columns will vary depending on report filters.
