Daily Piecework by Unit Report
This document contains information on how to generate the ‘Daily Piecework by Unit’ report within Croptracker. It requires Punch Clock, Harvest and or Fieldpack modules in order to generate. The goal of the report is to display the work done by piecework grouped by units for each employee.
Step-by-Step Guide:
From the Dashboard, select Reports from the top menu bar.
Select Daily Piecework by Unit Report from the list by scrolling or using the search bar.
Filter the report as needed. (*Note: Report filters and columns defined below)
Example:
Report Filters:
Date Rage: Select the date range you would like the report produced for.
Employees: Optionally, select the employee or employees you would like to display in the report.
Work Crew(s): Optionally, select the work crew or work crews you would like to display in the report.
Employee Work Crew: Optionally, select the employee work crew to filter for employees signed into this work crew within select time period.
Category(s): Optionally select a category your would like to filter for in the report.
Production Practice: Optionally select the type of production practice you would like to display in the report.
Production Practice Activities: Optionally select the type of production practice activities you would like to display in the report.
Filter Block(s): Optionally select the block or block you would like to display in the report.
Columns:
Date: Displays the date of the work log
Block: Displays the block location of the work log
Work Crew: Displays the work crew
Employee: Displays the employee
Employee #: Displays the employee number
Pieces: Displays the number of pieces associated with the work log
Unit: Displays the unit type. Note, this report is built to display each different unit type in it’s own row.
Piece Rate: Displays the piece rate type
Pieces Payout: Displays the number of pieces
