  Instructions

Note: Harvest Class Sizes provide named size ranges for use when creating Harvest Classes. Multiple Harvest Class Size ranges can also be applied to a single Harvest Class to allow for quick reporting of consolidated ranges.

To learn how to create a Harvest Class, see Creating Harvest Classes .

Products sorted by Harvest Class Sizes will be equal to or greater than the minimum and less than but not equal to the maximum (at least the min but less than the max) of each size range.

If you are reporting using Harvest Class Size ranges that overlap, a product may fall under more than one Harvest Class Size. This could cause the total percentage of product reported to exceed 100%.

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the dashboard, click on the Harvest menu, then select ‘Harvest Classes’.

3. Click ‘Harvest Sizes’ from the menu on the left side.

4. Click ‘+ Add Size’ to add a new Harvest Class Size.

5. Fill out the form by naming the Harvest Class Size, adding a description, then setting the minimum and maximum sizes. See field breakdown below for more details.

Field Breakdown

Size Name: This name is displayed on reports and selection lists when referring to this harvest class size. (Often users will use the 'carton count' as the size name.)

Size Description: This is an internal description of the size that is not displayed elsewhere.

Size Minimum (mm): The minimum size represented by this class. The minimum size is inclusive,  so a product must be equal to or greater than the minimum.

Size Maximum (mm): The maximum size represented by this class. The maximum size is not inclusive so a product must be less than but not equal to the maximum.

6. When finished click ‘Save’ on the top right side to save your Harvest Class Size.
