Harvest Piecemeal Pay Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Piecemeal Pay Report.

This report determines employee payouts for piecemeal harvesting while taking minimum wage and hours worked into account.

To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Harvest Piecemeal Pay Report

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Employees: Filters the report for the selected employee(s)

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Metric: Information of the employee(s) selected

  • Total: Totals of the employee(s) selected

 

  • Start Time: The start time of the worklog

  • End Time: The end time of the worklog

  • Pieces: The pieces picked and the pay rate of the pieces

  • Total Pieces Payout: The total payout of the pieces

  • Hours: The hours worked and what they are paid per hour

  • Total Hours Payout: The total of the hours worked by the pay schedule they are on

  • Payout: The total payout for all the worklogs
