Employee Worklog

This document will go over how to filter and run the Employee Worklog.

To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Employee Worklog

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Employees: Filters the report for selected employee(s)

  • Work Crew(s): Filters the report for the selected work crew(s)

  • Category: Filters the report for the selected category

  • Production Practice Activity: Filters the report for the selected activity

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Employees: The name of the employee

  • Total Duration (hours): The total hours worked in the date range selected

 

  • Employee: The name of the employee

  • Start: The start date/time of the activity

  • End: The end date/time of the activity

  • Category: The category attached to the activity

  • Activity: The activity done by the employee

  • Block: The block where the activity was

  • Duration (hours): The hours worked on the activity done

  • Work Crew: The work crew the employee is connected to.
