Employee Timesheet Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Employee Timesheet Report.

To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Employee Timesheet

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Employees: Filters the report for the selected employee(s)

  • Category(s): Filters the report for the selected category(s)

  • Production Practice Activities: Filters the report for the selected activities

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the recorded activity associated with the employee

  • Start: The starting time of the activity associated with the employee

  • End: The ending time of the activity associated with the employee

  • Location: The block/row the employee performed the activity in

  • Activity: The activity that the employee was performing

  • Category: The category that was selected when the worklog was made

  • Hours: The hours worked while doing the activity

  • Offered: The hours offered to the employee

  • Comments: Any comments made when on the activity

  • Day: The day that the employee worked

  • Worked: The hours worked by that employee

  • Offered: The hours offered to the employee
