Reports


This page describes how to access and run reports on your Croptracker data.

Reports require certain permissions for access. If you do not see a particular report you think you should have access to please submit a ticket to our service desk.

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. In the top menu click the Reports tab. This will open a page with all the reports you have access to.
  2. Use the search to find a particular report.

    Croptracker is updated with new report types constantly. If there is a particular report you want integrated into Croptracker submit a feature request to our service desk.

  3. Click the button with the name of the report to open it. This will take you to a report view. Most reports consist of the same layout: Report Filter(s) on the left of the page and a data table on the right of the page.

  4. Modify the filter options under the Report Filter(s) section on the left and click the Apply button to filter the results. Each report may have different parameters to filter on.
  5. Click the Email button to send the report to the specified email address if available.
  6. Click the PDF button to download the report as a PDF if available.
  7. Click the Excel button to download the report as an Excel file if available.
  8. Click the CSV button to download the report as an CSV file if available.
