Receiving Traceability Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Receiving Traceability Report.
Enter a receiving event number to find where received items went.

To run this report, you need the Receiving, Packing and Shipping module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Receiving Traceability Report’

4. Type in the ‘Receiving Event Reference Number’ from the receiving event you would like to track and select Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 



5. The report will generate a sankey chart that will show where the received inventory went and how it was handled. Under each event, you will see additional details. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
