With the addition of newly formatted data tables, users will now have more flexibility when it comes to consolidating and exporting data from reports.

  1. To find and use new data table, you can pull up any report or list of data within the Croptracker browser, in this example I will be using the Global GAP Spray Report.

  2. Once I’ve located and filtered the report to my liking, I can then start to consolidate the columns that I want to use.

  3. To start to remove columns from the report, find the ‘Column Visibility’ button at the top right of the table.

  4. In this dropdown, you will see all of the columns that are displayed currently in the report table. To remove columns, you can simply deselect the columns you no longer want visible like so:

  5. After you’ve deselected the columns that you would like to get rid of, they will now be removed from the table.

  6. To export the consolidated report, you can select the ‘Copy’ button at the top right of the report. This will allow you to paste the newly consolidated report to an excel file.
