  Instructions

With the addition of newly formatted data tables, users will now have more flexibility when it comes to consolidating and exporting data from reports.

  1. To find and use new data table, you can pull up any report or list of data within the Croptracker browser, in this example I will be using the Global GAP Spray Report.

  2. Once I have located and filtered the report, I will have multiple options to format data. These options are listed on the top right of the data-table. We will go over each option in the following steps.

  3. COPY

    1. The copy option allows us to copy the current data in the table, then paste it wherever the data needs to be transferred (This could be your own excel template).

  4. CSV

    1. The CSV option allows us to export the table into a CSV format.

  5. EXCEL

    1. The Excel option allows us to export the table into an excel format.

  6. PRINT

    1. The Print option allows us to print the current table.

  7. COLUMN VISIBILITY

    1. The Column Visibility option allows us to remove and add columns to the table as we see fit. For example, if I deselect the ‘Date’ column that column will disappear from the table.

  8. SEARCH PANES

    1. The Search Panes option allows us to filter information that is stored in the data table by simply selecting the column data that we want to see. For example if my table is comprised of two chemicals, I can select one of the chemicals to only see the records that pertain to that selected chemical. See screenshot below
