How to move subscriptions to other users

Instructions

Head to the User Admin page
Press Edit on the user you want to move the subscriptions to
Once you have chosen the user you would like to remove the subscription from, press the edit button in the action column across from where their name is. Then you will see on the right side of the page under User Access all the subscriptions available the ones that are checked off are the ones that are active on that user. Uncheck the subscription; the next time the user logs in, they will not have access to the subscription and modules associated with it.

After unchecking the subscription you will be prompted with Keep this seat open for someone else? and then you will have the option to either Keep Open or Remove; click on keep open and press save.
Then you will repeat steps 1 - 2 and from there you can check off the subscription in the other user and press save. You have now moved a subscription from one user to another.
