Exception Report: Pieces With No Payout
This document will go over how to filter and run the Exception Report: Pieces With No Payout.
Instances of $0.00 piece rate
Shows instances where an employee picked a piece, but the system couldn't calculate a piece rate. Common causes are the employee's pay schedule not having a matching piece rate at the time of picking, or the employee not being assigned a pay schedule.
To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
3. On the Reports page, select ‘Exception Report: Pieces With No Payout’
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Tracking Code: the tracking code that is attached to the piece.
Event #: The event number that the piece is connected to.
Block: The block the piece belongs to.
Volume: The amount that the picker picked
Picker: The picker's first and last name.
