Daily Harvest Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Daily Harvest Report.
This report shows the daily yields and previous averages for farm blocks.
To run this report, you need the Harvest module.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
3. On the Reports page, select Daily Harvest Report
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply.
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Only events within this range will show in this report.
Crop Type: Filters based on crop type.
Variety: Filters based on crop variety.
Blocks: Filters by selected block or farm.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Date: The date of the harvest event.
Area: The area, block, or farm selected for this report.
Crop/Variety: The crop and variety planted in this area. These columns are all populated with information about the selected block. This information was added when you created your maps.
Volume Unit: The unit or container you are measuring harvest by (ie crates, totes, 2L baskets).
Volume Unit Label: If your volume unit has an additional label it will appear in this column.
Total Volume: The total volume of harvest inventory for this date.
Volume Average: The average volume of harvested inventory from the date range of the event
% Average: Compares the yield of this date to the average across the event, showing the daily harvest efficiency compared to the totals for all selected events (in volume)
Weight Unit: The unit of measurement used to track the weight of harvest (ie. Grams, Pounds)
Total Weight: The total weight of harvested inventory.
Average Weight: The average weight of all harvested inventory from the date range of the event
% Average: Compares the yield of this date to the average across the event, showing the daily harvest efficiency compared to the totals for all selected events (in weight)
Crews: Any work crews who contributed to the inventory on the selected dates will appear here.
Harvest Classes: If you selected a harvest class at the time of the harvest event, it will appear here.
