Harvest Estimate Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Estimate Report.
This report shows harvest estimates as they were recorded in Harvest Estimate events.
To run this report, you need the Harvest Estimate module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Ā
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Ā
3. On the Reports page, select āHarvest Estimate Reportā
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Harvest Estimate Date: The date the harvest estimate was created
Crop: The crop type the estimate was done on
Variety: The variety the estimate was done on
Harvest Class: The harvest class the estimate was done on
Block/Row: The block/row the estimate was done on.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Start Date: The start date of the harvest estimate
End Date: The end date of the harvest estimate
Farm: The farm that the block is attached to
Block/Row: The block/row that the harvest estimate was done on
Crop: The crop that the harvest estimate was done on
Variety: The variety that the harvest estimate was done on
Harvest Class: The harvest class selected for the harvest estimate
Volume: The volume estimated for the block and crop
Volume Unit: The estimated harvest units (bins, bags, totes)
Weight: The estimated weight for the harvest
Weight Unit: the estimated weight unit (Pounds, Kilograms)
