Harvest Estimate Yield Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Estimate Yield Report.

This report shows estimated harvest yields against actual yields from within the estimated timeframe.

To run this report, you need the Harvest Estimate & Harvest module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Harvest Estimate Yield Report

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Harvest Estimate Date: The date the harvest estimate was created.

  • Crop: The crop type the estimate was done on.

  • Variety: The variety the estimate was done on.

  • Harvest Class: The harvest class the estimate was done on.

  • Block/Row: The block/row the estimate was done on.

  • Category: The category attached to the harvest/harvest estimate

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Farm: The farm harvested and harvest estimate was done on

  • Block/Row: The block/row harvested and harvest estimate was done on

  • Crop: The crop harvested and harvest estimate was done on

  • Variety: The variety harvested and harvest estimate was done on

  • Category: The category attached to the harvest/harvest estimate event

  • Harvest Class: The harvest class attached to the harvest/harvest estimate event

  • Estimate Volume: The volume that was estimated

  • Actual Volume: The volume that was actually harvested

  • Volume Difference: The difference between the actual and the estimated volume

  • Percentage Volume: The percentage of the harvested volume

  • Estimate Weight: The estimated weight of the harvest

  • Actual Weight: The actual weight of the harvest

  • Weight Difference: The weight difference between estimated and actual weight

  • Percentage Weight: the percentage of the harvested weight
