If you are unfamiliar with setting up a Harvest event or tracking your Harvest Inputs on mobile, you may wish to review How to record a Harvest Event before you start
Start by creating a Harvest event either on your mobile or desktop
Once you have created your event, select it from your Harvest dashboard on your mobile device and tap the Worklogs menu
Here you will see a list of the blocks that you selected when creating your Harvest event, tap Punch In to select your employees to punch into this block. If you have employee badges, you can also scan your employees into work by tapping on the scan icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Review the details, optionally specify any equipment and make sure that you check the box for Flag as piecework and tap “Punch In” again at the bottom to return to the main event screen. Your employees are now punched into your harvest event and you are ready to track piecemeal pay.
From the Inputs screen, tap “Inputs” at the top of the screen. Some of the information about this input will already be filled in from when we created the event but can be updated or adjusted here. Fill in your harvest input details as usual, then scroll down to “Pickers” and select the employee responsible for this inventory from the list. If you forgot to punch someone in, don’t worry, you can also punch right here on the input screen.
Now flag the input with a piece rate.
Repeat with each harvest input as it comes in. If you need to edit an input, just tap the three dots next to the input and select “edit”
You can now run a variety of reports such as Harvest Picker Productivity Report Harvest Crew Productivity by Crew Report, or check out Reports for more information
