Weekly Piecework Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Weekly Piecework Report.
To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
3. On the Reports page, select ‘Weekly Piecework Report’
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
Employees: Filters the report for the selected employee(s)
Work Crew(s): Filters the report for the selected work crew(s)
Category(s): Filters the report for the selected category(s)
Production Practice Activities: Filters the report for the selected activities
5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
This report will only show a single pay rate for the week.
Report Columns:
Employees: The name of the employee(s)
Emp No.: The employee's number
‘Date’ Bins: The piece rate and bins picked on that day
'Date' Hours: The day and how many hours were spent by the employee on that day.
Days Worked: The days worked by the employee
Total Bins: The total bins (units) that the employee did
Total Pay: The total pay for the piecework done
Total Hours: The total hours spent by the employee working doing piecework
Average Hr Rate: The average piecework pay per hour -total pay divided by total hours
10 min break rate: Shows the rate for breaks (10mins)
Number of Breaks: Shows the number of breaks taken by the employee
$ Breaks: The amount paid for a break
Top Up: The difference to be paid to the employee for the hours worked vs the piece rate
Employees: The name of the Employee(s)
Emp No.: The employee's number
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate the employee is being paid
‘Day'-'Month': The day and hours worked
Days Worked: The number of days worked
Total Hours: The total hours worked
Total: the total amount paid for hours worked
