This document will go over how to filter and run the Fieldpack Piecework By Crew Report.


To run this report, you need the Field Packing and Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘ Fieldpack Piecework By Crew Report’

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See the screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Work Crews: Filters the report for the selected work crew(s).

  • Farm/Block: Filters the report by the farm/block

  • Variety: Filters the report by the variety

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The Date of the work log

  • Work Crew: The work crew that worked on the field packed masters

  • Pay Schedule: The pay schedule of the work crew

  • Number of Employees: The number of employees in the work crew

  • Total Piecework Hours: Sum of hours from work logs with the Piecework flag enabled.

  • Pieces Picked $ Value: Sum of all pieces picked multiplied by the respective piece rates.

  • Crew Hourly Piece Rate: Pieces Picked $ Value divided by the entire crew's piecework hours for the day.

  • Piecework Payout: Total Piecework Hours multiplied by either the pay schedule's "Min Wage" or the Crew Hourly Piece Rate column - whichever is higher

  • Total Regular Hours: Sum of hours from work logs with the Piecework flag disabled.

  • Regular Hourly Rate: The pay schedule's "Default Hourly Rate"

  • Regular Hours Payout: Total Regular Hours multiplied by Regular Hourly Rate

  • Total Payout: The sum of Piecework Payout and Regular Hours Payout
