Piecemeal Pay Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Piecemeal Pay Report.

This report now includes payouts for general pieces.

To run this report, you need the Field Packing module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Piecemeal Pay Report’

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See the screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Employees: Filters the report for the selected Employees

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

Report Summary:

  • Number of Employees: The number of employees that will appear in the report

  • Total Payout: The total amount you paid out.

  • Worklogs where an employee picked enough to make more than minimum wage: the work logs that made over the minimum wage.

  • Orphaned masters: The amount of Master that is not connected to a picker/employee

  • Average employee payout: The average you paid the workers

  • Highest employee payout: The Employee with the highest payout

  • Total masters: The total amount of masters in the report

  • Total harvest pieces: the total of harvested pieces

  • Total general pieces: the total of general pieces

 

Orphaned Masters:

  • Scan Code: The master tag code attached to the master

  • Date Packed: The date the master was packed

  • Product: the product that was packed

  • Style: the master style of the packed product

  • Pay Rate: the pay rate for that product
