Block Yield Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Block Yield Report.
This report summarizes the yield by block for a requested time period.
To run this report, you need the Harvest module and at least one recorded Harvest Event with recorded inventory.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Â
3. On the Reports page, select ‘Block Yield Report’

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply.
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.
Filter Block(s): Filters the report for selected blocks or by variety.
Planting Date Range: Filters the report based on the planting date of a block.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table.
Report Columns:
Farm: The Farm the selected Block belongs to
Block: The Block whose yield you are viewing for the selected date range
Crop/Variety/Planting Date/Plant Count/Growing Area(Acre): These columns are all populated with information about the selected block. This information was added when you created your maps.
Units Harvested/Volume Unit: The number of inventory units harvested and what volume unit or container you are measuring by (ie 20 crates, 22 totes)
Volume Units/Acre: The average number of inventory units per acre for your selected date range, this is calculated using the Growing Area
Volume Units/Plant: The average number of inventory units per plant for your selected date range.
Weight Units/Plant: The average weight of inventory per plant for your selected date range.
Weight/Weight Unit: The weight of the total inventory for that block for your selected date range, and the unit of measurement (ie 300 g, 500 lbs)
