iOS App: How to Field Print Harvest Tags

This document contains a step by step guide on how to print harvest tags using the Zebra ZQ520 mobile printer with the iOS Mobile App.

Printing tags for new harvest inputs

  1. Log in to the iOS mobile app on your device.

  2. Connect your mobile printer to the mobile app. For more information, see iOS App: How to set up a mobile printer.

  3. Turn on the mobile printer.

  4. From the dashboard, tap the Harvest option from the list.

  5. Select a harvest event to view the list of harvest inputs.

  6. Add a new harvest input and set the Label Format. For more information on recording inputs, see Recording Piecemeal Harvest.

  7. Tap the Print icon next to the Save button.

  8. Select a printer to use. If a single printer is connected, the print job will begin automatically.

    1. If more than one printer is connected, a list of available printers will appear.

    2. If none are connected, the list will be empty.

  9. The printer should now attempt to print the harvest tag.

Printing tags for existing harvest inputs

  1. Log in to the iOS mobile app on your device.

  2. Connect your mobile printer to the mobile app. For more information, see iOS App: How to set up a mobile printer.

  3. Turn on the mobile printer.

  4. From the dashboard, tap the Harvest option from the list.

  5. Select a harvest event to view the list of harvest inputs.

  6. Find the harvest input in the list to print a tag for.

  7. (Optional) confirm that the Label Format for the input is correct. A label format must be set for that input to print a tag.

  8. Under the actions dropdown, select Field Print Harvest Tag.

  9. Select a printer to use. If a single printer is connected, the print job will begin automatically.

    1. If more than one printer is connected, a list of available printers will appear.

    2. If none are connected, the list will be empty.

  10. The printer should now attempt to print the harvest tag.
