This document contains a step by step guide on how to use a mobile device to scan bin tags in the field. You will need the Harvest module to access this feature.

If you plan to print tracking codes in the field, you will need to set up a mobile printer. See Field Printing Setup and Information for more information.

4. Tap the green Choose where button at the bottom.

This button will change to ‘Add Input’ once you’ve chosen a location.

If you need to change or add locations, look under the WHERE section of the Details tab.

If you’re harvesting from multiple locations, add your locations before you start scanning tags for a smoother scanning process.

5. Pick a harvest location from the list. This is the origin of your input.

The tags you scan must match the locations the event was made for.

6. Once you’ve selected a location, the scanning screen will pop up. Scan a bin tag to add the bin as an input.

You can exit out of this screen and punch in an employee first. When an employee is punched in, they can be recorded as a picker for a series of inputs.

On the event page, tap the Worklogs tab to see the worklog that was auto-generated when you picked a harvest location.
