Instructions
Log in to your Croptracker account in the browser.
Find the event you want to print labels for and click the blue ‘Edit’ button.
Scroll to the section you need and click the Print, Print Tags or Print Selected Tags button.
The button may show the number of tags that will be printed. In the example below, we are printing 65 tags to label 65 bags of mushrooms.
Make sure the tag style you chose for your inventory is suitable for the label paper that you are using. If you need to change it, you have to edit your inventory.
When you are prompted to print, adjust the settings to get the layout you want.
Each tag is considered its own page - you should be able to pick how many “pages” (AKA tags) to print on one sheet of paper. This example shows how 10 tags get formatted when the settings are set to print 16 pages per sheet

How to manipulate the layout with Acrobat Reader DC
Follow steps 1-3 above. When prompted to print, Save as PDF instead of printing.
2. Find the PDF you just downloaded and open it in Acrobat Reader DC.
3. Click on the File tab, then select Print from the dropdown.
In the print dialoge box, look for the section titled Page Sizing & Handling.
Select Shrink oversized pages.
Each tag is considered its own page - you can fit multiple “pages” on one sheet of paper.
Click on the button that says Multiple to print multiple tags on each sheet of paper. You can pick how the tags will be formatted on the page. In this example, we set the page layout to 2 by 5.
Since we are printing 65 pages (AKA tags) in a 2 x 5 layout, there will be 10 tags printed on every sheet of paper.
65 divided by 10 is equal to 6.5, so we will need 7 sheets of label paper to print all of our tags.
The page preview on the bottom right is referring to the sheets of label paper, not the tags.
7. Click print to print your tags.
