How to Record Deposits and Withdrawals

This step-by-step guide describes how to record deposits and withdrawals, and costs, with Croptracker.

Ā  Deposits

1. In the top menu expand the Farm Manager tab and click the 'Chemical Inventory' menu item. This will take you to your chemical inventory list showing all the chemicals you are tracking.

2. To record a deposit click the 'Deposit'Ā button next to the chemical in the list.

3. In the pop-up enter the Date of the deposit, the amount (whichever unit was specified when the chemical was tracked), the LocationĀ if applicable.

  • Enter the Unit Cost of Total Cost of the deposit.

  • Enter any Notes about this deposit if applicable.

4. When finished, click the 'Save' button in the bottom right.

Ā  Withdrawals

Withdrawals are created automatically when you record a spray event using that chemical. The amount of chemical you apply in the spray event will be withdrawn for this chemical in your inventory.

1. In the top menu expand theĀ Farm ManagerĀ tab and click theĀ 'Chemical Inventory'Ā menu item. This will take you to your chemical inventory list showing all the chemicals you are tracking.

2. To record a withdrawal click the dropdown next to theĀ 'Deposit'Ā button next to the chemical in the list and click on 'Withdrawal'.

3. In the pop-up enter theĀ DateĀ of the withdrawal, the amount (whichever unit was specified when the chemical was tracked), and theĀ LocationĀ if applicable.

  • Enter theĀ Unit CostĀ ofĀ Total CostĀ of the withdrawal.

  • Enter anyĀ NotesĀ about this withdrawalĀ if applicable.

4. When finished, click theĀ SaveĀ button.
