How to Record Deposits and Withdrawals
This step-by-step guide describes how to record deposits and withdrawals, and costs, with Croptracker.
You will need the Spray module to access this feature. For more information on using this module see the main instructions page linked HERE.

 Deposits
1. In the top menu expand the Farm Manager tab and click the 'Chemical Inventory' menu item. This will take you to your chemical inventory list showing all the chemicals you are tracking.

2. To record a deposit click the 'Deposit'Â button next to the chemical in the list.

3. In the pop-up enter the Date of the deposit, the amount (whichever unit was specified when the chemical was tracked), the Location if applicable.
Enter the Unit Cost of Total Cost of the deposit.
Enter any Notes about this deposit if applicable.

4. When finished, click the 'Save' button in the bottom right.

 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are created automatically when you record a spray event using that chemical. The amount of chemical you apply in the spray event will be withdrawn for this chemical in your inventory.

1. In the top menu expand the Farm Manager tab and click the 'Chemical Inventory' menu item. This will take you to your chemical inventory list showing all the chemicals you are tracking.

2. To record a withdrawal click the dropdown next to the 'Deposit' button next to the chemical in the list and click on 'Withdrawal'.

3. In the pop-up enter the Date of the withdrawal, the amount (whichever unit was specified when the chemical was tracked), and the Location if applicable.
Enter the Unit Cost of Total Cost of the withdrawal.
Enter any Notes about this withdrawal if applicable.

4. When finished, click the Save button.
